Taco Soup by Heather McDowell
1 lb ground beef, cooked
1 onion
1 pkt taco seasoning
1 can kidney or red beans, drained
1 can corn, drained (or frozen)
1 can tomatoes, do not drain
1 C beef broth (Add more to make it “soupier”)
2/3 C salsa
Mix together & simmer several hours on stove or crock pot. Top with Fritos, cheese & sour crème.
