Easy Chicken Pot Pie by Angie Campbell
1 can cream of potato soup
1 C frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
3/4 C milk
1/8 tsp pepper
2 (4.5oz) can cooked chicken
1 egg
1 C biscuit mix
1/4 C butter
Preheat oven to 400. Mix soup, 1/4 C milk, pepper, vegetables & chicken in pie plate. In a small bowl, mix egg, milk & biscuit mix. Pour over chicken. Top with melted butter. Bake 30 min.
